Delete Your Account

You can delete your DiLi account at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your data and any subscription when you do.

1. How to Delete Your Account

The fastest and most convenient way to delete your account is directly through the app:

Open the DiLi appSign in if you are not already logged in.

Go to SettingsTap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll to Danger ZoneAt the bottom of Settings you will find the Danger Zone section.

Tap "Delete account"Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears.

DoneYour account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

Alternatively, you can request deletion by email:

Contact us using the email address associated with your DiLi App account. We will delete your account and all related data within 30 days.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your personal ID card details (name, phone, email, address, birthday, etc.)
All your connections and connection groups
Your referral code and referral history
Your authentication account (email/Google sign-in)

⚠️ This cannot be undone

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Your connections will no longer be able to see your contact details. If you wish to use DiLi again, you will need to create a new account.

3. Trials and Subscriptions

Free trial: If you are still within your free trial and delete your account, no charge is made and all your data is deleted immediately.

Active paid subscription: If you have an active paid subscription and delete your account, the subscription is cancelled immediately and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period. We recommend cancelling your subscription first through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) and deleting your account once the current billing period ends.

If you subscribed within the last 14 days and would like a refund, please request a refund directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account. Refund requests made after account deletion cannot be processed.

Expiry without account deletion: If you do not delete your account yourself, but your free trial or subscription expires, your account is not deleted right away. Instead, it enters a 30-day grace period, where your data is kept for 30 days, and you can resubscribe at any point during this window to restore full access. If you take no action, your account and all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted at the end of the 30 days.
